How to Choose a Sublimation Transfer Machine
Source:ZS Machinery Time:2016-08-16 Click:62 Times
Five things decide whether a sublimation transfer machine is right for you:
- Working width. Buy for the widest panel or roll you will print, not just today's average job.
- Heating method. Oil-heated drums hold temperature more evenly than electrically heated drums, which matters for colour consistency across the full width.
- Drum diameter. A larger drum gives a longer contact time, so you can run faster at the same colour depth.
- Pressure control. Look for even, adjustable pressure. Uneven pressure shows up as a patchy print.
- Support. Spare blankets, drums, heating elements and an engineer who answers the phone matter more than a small difference in price.
Tell us the fabric, the widest panel and the output you need per shift, and we will recommend a model rather than leave you to guess.
